Exclusive: AccessEnforcer GUI Update Preview
July 16th, 2008 | Filed under Business
I recently was shown some preview shots of the new GUI for the upcoming revamp of Calyptix’s AccessEnforcer, and I have to say I am looking forward to the new style. I think the new major navigation icons at the top are a wonderful addition and will make a very easy to use product even easier to navigate.
Unfortunately, neither of the pictures I’ve been given permission to release give any hints at new or updated features, but I think they do a good job of conveying the feel for the next release of the AccessEnforcer software. The further breakdown and separation of menus should make the GUI quicker and easier to move between screens. I personally can’t wait to see this in action, and along with some of the new features that will no doubt be bundled with the system when the GUI is released, will make the second generation of the AccessEnforcer a serious threat to the established UTM leaders.
But without further ado:
Many thanks to my friends at Calyptix for giving me the chance to be the first person to post images of the new GUI publicly.
