We are preparing to roll out new Remote Reboot Devices for our fully managed customers over the next two months. All existing clients will be contacted to schedule an installation in the near future. Any new customers that are brought on board will have this installed as part of the on-boarding process. This will allow us the power to remotely restart your server should it hard-lock, Blue Screen or any other Operating System failure that would require the power on your server to physically be cycled.

This will allow us to serve you even better, as you should never have to worry about being asked to restart your server manually again. Obviously the goal is to have to use this device as little as possible, but when it is needed it will be invaluable.
